the first time you had a farewell here and was pleasantly surprised by the price, quality and quantity that was produced. will definitely be back.

read reviews and decided it was worth bypassing the take-offs more locally to us. we were all happy to have done exactly what we needed as a phone order, pick up and eat. we have a new local.

Visiting a friend we popped in here after a drink to get a take away. Really friendly staff and good quality decent TV to watch while you wait (if that's your thing) Food average with a decent spicy kick but sadly lacking flavour a bit. Cheap and filling though.

My family and I enjoyed a delicious takeaway from Sims Garden. We ordered a selection of dishes to share which included Chicken Satay, Chicken Chow Mein, Rices, Sauces and Chips. The food was very well presented tasted fantastic. My only criticism and it’s a small one is that the chips were overly salty. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Well worth a try.

We have been ordering food by phone from Sims for about 20 years . The meals are always fresh , cooked to order and piping hot . The staff are all friendly and attentive and have the orders ready in 20-30 minutes if phoned in , I love the personal touch . Top tip try the curries , the beef is so tender and sauce won't blow your mouth off . Easily the best Chinese take away in the Anniesland-Temple area , keep up the good work .

Consistent winners for me of sim’s are the yung chow my or fried rice (I think better than especially,) bbq chicken sowns spits (comes with crunchy brows, green paprika and mushrooms,) the salt and pepper chicken balls, the chicken breast curry and won tonsuppe. I have tried some other dinge (con sui kung po) that were in order, many beautiful fresh veg through them, but the sauce was a little watery, a bit bland. the ingredients are always good. the char sui pork is always quite slim, not fat pieces of gristle. the personal is always beautiful.

We live very near to this takeaway but had never bought anything before... we were doing some shopping near by and decided on a takeawy rather than cooking. We ordered a beef curry with boild rice and a sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. The beef curry was pretty good but I personally felt it could have done with a bit more of a kick although the beef was well cooked. Th boiled rice was ok.. pretty standard but maybe a little overcooked. The sweet sour chicken had a lovely sauce but the batter was a bit soggy although the fried rice was very good.. so as i say , a bit if a mixed bag.. some bits very good, others pretty standard... would we use it again, most probably but would try somet...

I would have given this review a minus number if it was available. Placed an order (days before) for a Xmas day delivery at 5.30pm. On Xmas day, the food had not arrived by 5.50pm and on calling the shop to see if it was on route, the phone was answered by a female who couldn't have cared less that the food had not been delivered. She was very cheeky and said the arranged time is only a guideline! She said my order was still at the shop and the driver was away elsewhere. She didn't know when he would be back and he would get to me when he gets to me! She said he could be held up!! By who? Santa? The roads are hardly heaving on Xmas day!! There was no phone call to say the order would be late...
