Singapore Garden - Speisekarte

Excellent Chinese food. Wonderful variety. It is a pity always full. I try to book but always too busy. Their spicy aubergine is delicious

The food is really below mediocre- soggy soft shell crabs, over fried spring rolls., and a really flat, sloppy, tasteless mess of me goreng.

Came mid day on a Sunday by myself , restaurant was not that busy they had many tables and seats available, but they made me sit outside, saying they where Speisekarte ansehen

Wow! This food was great and if you like service with a smile, that’s what we got! We ordered two kinds of crab… the red Chile crab and the pepper crab, noodles, fried rice, shrimp… some yum beef… everything was amazing! Only thing we weren’t raving about was the dessert selection.

The menu has hardly ever changed over many decades. It’s dependably consistent. Go for the Malaysian or Singaporean dishes if you wish, but they do everything really well. No music, which is a plus. Friendly efficient service and the prices are right. We come here whenever we can and I heartily recommend you do the same.

Anyone who grew up in NW London knows Singapore Garden, it’s always been there and it always had a good reputation. It’s pricey so generally if you were going it was for someone’s birthday. Have to be honest for the price I was a bit disappointed, I was on a diet, I think if you go you have to just drill an extra notch in your belt and eat what you want. Speisekarte ansehen

Had a terrible experience with this restaurant this evening. I ordered via Deliveroo. The pork ribs were not ribs, just a small box of bones. The chicken and prawn laska was a small tub of very greasy liquid, on the side were 2 prawns and I piece of small chicken to put into the greasy liquid. I could not eat the meat, it was sickening. Probably the worst restaurant I have every ordered from

I ordered a delivery on line to the cost of 76,50. I can't say I am a regular diner, but I have eaten at the restaurant had deliveries over the years. In today's order I requested an extra pot of satay sauce. I then received a phone call to say the extra pot would cost me 3 cash. I don't have any cash at home. Suffering from chest infection and loss of my voice, I could not face a discussion on the phone. The order never arrived.

I was staying overnight in London for work. I travelled to Swiss Cottage specifically to try this restaurant. They do not take on line bookings and having not phoned ahead I was concerned to arrive at the restaurant and find it looking very busy on a cold Thursday evening. I asked for a table for one and a table was found phew! The food was great. Quite expensive, but this is London. Basically a Chinese menu with some Malaysian dishes. So I had a quarter of crispy duck which was cooked really well and came with a generous supply of pancakes. I followed this with delicious beef rending and rice.
