Spread Eagle Pub - Speisekarte

We had a great meal here with family friends. Staff service fabulous. Food was lovely. Parking was easy. Nice to see the Spread Eagle open again.

eating is nice, I was several times too midday and evening and had never complained. friendly and helpful staff, a little expensive, but definitiw worth it!

Just been for Sunday lunch the came out swamp in gravey we sent meal back it came back on a cold plates and the meat was Luke warm and the veg, the staff were not helpful will not return Speisekarte ansehen

that is the second time that we were at Sunday dinner and were not disappointed again. eating is excellent and they have brilliant employees who feel very welcome and nothing is too much annoyed. would recommend a visit. we will go back in any case

We’d heard amazing things about this place dogs welcome, drinks only (no food). The team were so welcoming, but once diners turned up we were advised to leave. Rudely. Note: we were the only customers in there until the two diners turned up at...approx 6pm

visited with my partner on Saturday felt so safe when we went in the minute that we were going to log in nhs, tables apart and handsanitary for our hands. we had an excellent eating, the same good quality as we always saw the tables...and chairs were cleaned down to people, and the staff in masks were still friendly and welcoming. Excellent Sunday dinner. Brilliant choice and roast potatoes are best we’ve ever had. Fresh tasty local vegetables and lovely choices of meat or pie or specials. Never had a bad meal and been coming here a while since we moved to the area. Welcoming landlady...and nice staff and brilliant chef. Cosy warm country pub what more can you ask for! Give it a try.

this is one of the best pub/restaurants I have ever had to visit the joy and it is not the first time. and the reason why I always return is for the simpleness of eating, boiled to perfection. the choice of the wee to complement all palettes, and the efficiency and ease of the personal. playing music gently in the background was also a bonus that made the evening perfect. my wife and our two friends enjoyed our evening there thoroughly and cannot praise him high enough. book another visit soon.

It’s some years since my last visit to this establishment despite it being on my doorstep and I intend to return a lot sooner this time!! The occasion that prompted my visit was the birthday of my eighty five year old mother in law!! We...were welcomed warmly by the owners and shown to our table where we were treated to some really lovely food. Mother opted for the tandoori chicken starter followed by fillet steak and I the Stilton mushrooms followed by sea bass. Mother maintains that she has never had a better steak which was perfectly cooked to her liking! Both of my courses were delicious!
