The Old Plough Inn - Speisekarte

We had an incredible Sunday roast for Mother's Day with our family. The staff was efficient, helpful, and fabulous. The food was beautiful, tasty, and there were plenty of choices available.

What can I say about this beautiful country pub food is always amazing. Highly recommend the staff and owner are so lovely. Will be back again soon. My dad really enjoyed his birthday meal. Thank you very much

What a fantastic find! We were looking for a Sunday roast on our way North. Saw this was just off our route. We were lucky and they had space. Perfect location, stunning food, plenty of it. All served with faultless charm in a bright, clean environment. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Nice setting. Went for Sunday lunch to celebrate mum's birthday. Positives waiting staff are young adults and very polite and attentive. Nice wine glasses and nice wine served at the correct temperature .Negatives food is bland. Tables are too small. We were crammed in a table for 6 people with 4 adults and 2 older children.

We was planning on going to the Dovecote inn, but we got such a dreadful welcome from feral locals who was having an altercation with outsiders . One of the locals was armed with a knife!! Anyway normality was resumed when we arrived at this truly lovely pub. We was well cared for by friendly staff and had a memorable meal Thank you. Speisekarte ansehen

Came here early evening today with friends and the staff were really welcoming and warming who served us. Credit to all of them and would recommend coming here for drinks or food. In a lovely location as well. Can't wait to come here again. Oh would have the 0% Heineken again ... cheers to the lovely tall dark haired guy who came over and asked me how it was. Me and my partner came for his birthday tonight, wow is all I can say! The decor is lush, the staff were lovely, always checking everything was OK. The calamari was so nice, we both opted for pie and this was so filling. Along came our deserts choc brownie and ice cream, and sticky toffee pudding, these were amazing! There's a huge gin menu too, I cant understand the negative review, its clear that they are typical moaners as there's not one nice thing to say in their review. Try this place for yourself, you won't regret it :

We were warmly welcomed into this beautifully decorated old inn and immediately knew we had chosen the right place. The menu and food were exceptional, making our birthday celebration for the three of us extra special. The staff and family owners were attentive and made sure we had a great experience. The venue was cozy and comfortable, with tasteful furnishings and clean facilities. Despite arriving early for our reservation, we were greeted warmly. We traveled far for this dining experience and were happy to have made reservations in advance. We will definitely return and highly recommend this wonderful family-owned restaurant.
