"Took my children here for a treat after their first week of school. They chose their icecreams the young girl who served us was polite and attentive but I am guessing in training. She was gentle exactly what my kids respond to best. The manager (I’m guessing) barked at her about what she was doing wrong from the table where he was sitting drinking a cuppa on his backside and then for the rest of our visit chewed her ear off/barking at her about how much she was doing wrong, how much he was helping her with life skills and not really taking a breath and allowing her to speak. It was horrendous and made me really uncomfortable. I’m reviewing in the hope that he might reflect in his style as it is awful and comes across as bullying to be honest. I also hope someone checks on this young female employee who was given no voice and no choice in the discourse. I’ve worked in management and leadership for 20 years and this was just plain rubbish. Won’t be coming back sadly."

Usually love coming here but it seems to have changed since my first visit. It was still good but not how I remembered it. The brownie banana waffle was amazing.

I love folding! I was a couple times. my daughter loves a Gelato contract, so I was in some different institutions in our hometown coventry. sprinkles is the best!

Lovely cookie dough. Went with my friend as we have massive sweet tooth’s. It didn’t disappoint, was so lovely I wish I could have eaten it again. Definitely worth a visit

great selection of different ice creams that are offered at a reasonable price. I have always only created ice cream instead of the more elaborate desserts including sunflowers hot waffeln and ice etc.

the waffel that I had was very nice, it has tipped a lot and it was a good size and the money worth (can wait for a worthwhileag when they go with a few people, some of the waffeln ect are about £8 per) the service was also fast. if they diabetic bring extra insulin though!

First time here tonight! flipping brilliant nice staff clean and tidy with comfortable sitting we were nicely surprised how reasonable this place is £8.50 for 2 draws and a jump! we went here after dinner and it ended our evening during the heatwave! the aircon is mega here also great place to bring friends or children

We brought our 7-year-old grandson here for his birthday treat. He chose tutti frutti ice cream and marshmallows. After trying it, he didn't like the tutti frutti flavor, so they kindly gave him a different one. We originally wanted apple crumble, but they were out, so we opted for the hot chocolate fudge cake with custard, which was absolutely delicious. We had a great experience at Sprinkles and will definitely return.

This is a favourite haunt of mine and my children's. It's always immaculately clean and spread out. There's such a lovely choice of ice-cream and toppings here. My Daughter had an Oreo flavoured ice-cream this time with chocolate sauce and sprinkles whilst me and my Son had the soft like cotton ice-cream (soft whip with marshmallows, one of my favourites) with sprinkles. Such a lovely ice-cream parlour with friendly staff.

Great place come here quite a lot friendly staff and massive range of ice cream and gelato to choose from in a range of different options such as waffles, pancakes, sundaes, cones, pis and more. They also offer baked goods different cakes etc not tried them but they do look very nice. Plenty of space and always clean and tidy in there would highly recommend this place for a sweet treat. Fully accessible for wheels chairs, peaks etc.
