Small but very friendly. Staff are helpful and efficient and the food as extremely good! Price is not cheap but very good value for money.

Staff are welcoming and friendly. Have only tried the fry ups and bacon sandwiches but they were Devine. Decent prices too. My new go too for breakfast!

Clean Friendly Atmosphere with meals cooked to order by a competent cook. Service is fast and the food is a described. A good reasonably priced menu typically British Seaside fare. Having found the Solent Restaurant will be returning regularly the footfall makes you realise that it is no longer Lee on the Solent residents best kept secret!

OKnot fine dining but a really warm welcome for half a dozen sweaty and excited runners. Free chilled water, lovely coffee, teapots and China cups saucers went down well too PLUS speedy service. Will definitely be back with more of the Absolute RunClub gang. Thanks for a top service.
