"I was really disappointed with my experience at Subway Southgate Street, especially since I usually have a great time at Subway. This location did not handle allergy cross-contamination properly. After ordering a fully vegan sub, I requested vegan garlic aioli, but instead, the employee poured regular mayo on it, despite another staff member indicating it was the wrong sauce. While I understand that miscommunications can occur, the employee didn’t offer to remove the contaminated parts of the sub or replace it entirely. I had to ask them to take off the non-vegan ingredients, which they initially removed but then put back in when wrapping it up. As a result, I ended up with a sandwich that wasn’t vegan, and there were no apologies or customer service—it felt like they didn’t care about the cross-contamination issues. We ordered a total of three footlong subs and a few additional items. At the billing counter, a staff member informed us that this Subway does not accept Subway rewards. When I asked why, they simply replied, "I'm just working here; we can't accept it." This was extremely unprofessional behavior. I don't understand why they wouldn't accept it. "Came in hoping for some affordable pasta and we were not disappointed! We shared a margarita pizza and the spaghetti carbonara and had to take some of the pizza away because of their generous serving sizes. "I visited Bath Pizza Co last night with my partner and her family to celebrate her graduation. We decided to order the calamari because it was delicious on our previous visit. Unfortunately, about ten minutes later, we were informed that they had run out of calamari, which was disappointing as there weren't many other starter options. We opted for the wings instead, and they were fantastic. However, shortly after, they unexpectedly brought out the calamari, leaving us confused due to the lack of communication from the staff regarding the mix-up. We waited 45 minutes for olives, and just as the starters arrived, our pizzas came out as well. The food truly is amazing; however, since they operate from two different kitchens, the service and timing can be inconsistent. They also forgot to bring two dishes but still charged us for them. There needs to be better communication between the kitchens. I would suggest opting for takeaway instead; dining in may not be worth your time and money! "Ate here very early evening before going to the Rondo theatre. Worked perfectly, as just a short walk away. Very tasty pizza, with choice of sizes, great for those not wanting to stuff themselves! Smaller one was ample with lots of topping. My partner had a generous plate of salmon with sourdough. Very nice. Shared a tasty pudding. Nice atmosphere, busy but not noisy. Recommended it to others when we arrived at the theatre. Definitely need to book, only bar tables left when I booked, but they are fine!"

"I found this place on a blog posted on FB. It was a last-minute plan, I called them to see if they had a table half another prior, they were really nice and answered all my questions. We sat outside, the atmosphere was so nice, great play list, staff were super friendly, they accommodated our diet, the food was top quality, all cooked so beautifully, it was both pleasing to the eye and tast pods. We had the nut roast which had a great crunch texture, super light, with roasted potatoes which were so crispy and delicious, the carrots had a sweet taste which could be honey, and the cauliflower cheese was cooked to perfection, the Yorkshire pudding was massive and good, and the greens were also nicely cooked. The crumble was sooooo yummy, crunchy, and not too sweet, with cinnamon ice cream , I can't remember what my partner had for dessert, but he enjoyed it too. I'm not easy to please when it comes to eating out, but this one was spectacular It was such a nice experience. They really made my day "
