Tracking driver he seemed to go out of the way and took longer than he should have, unless he did multiply drop offs so food was just warm. Had to re heat chips.

The fish quality was good but there was a heavy greasy smell. They should not cook everything in the same oil. I was tasting heavy sausage while I was trying to eat my fish. Those are completely different flavours.

The batter on the fish was not crispy enough. It was crispy at the ends but not so for the main part of the fish!! so slightly disappointed as I do think there should be a crunchy texture. Chips, curry sauce and sausage were all good otherwise

Unfortunately the quality has gone down recently, tried again tonight but it was worse than ever the batter was very thick and soggy probably undercooked, it was also practically cold when we got home. Will try elsewhere next time which is very disappointing as we have been customers for over 15 years !

The chips, curry sauce and battered sausage are all amazing here. The customer service and portion size make it one of the best takeaway providers in Morden. There is also an eat in restaurant which has a cosy quiet vibe. I enjoy eating from here so much it has become a weekly tradition for my girlfriend and I.

The quality of the food was let down by the terrible delivery time. Unfortunately, the delivery time was totally unreasonable due to the fact the courier went to other locations in totally the other direction before he turned around and came back past the restaurant. It didn’t seem the food was kept in an insulated bag and was lukewarm warm on arrival. Very poor delivery service and this affected the quality and the food ordered. Disappointing service!!!

I visited Superfish today for a takeaway, which was my second time in two weeks. Surprisingly, my previous visit was four years ago! A few years back, I switched to a low carb lifestyle and started avoiding seed oils like many others on the same diet. I believe vegetable oils are not heart-healthy, so I stopped eating takeaways because of the carbs and the use of seed oils in most restaurants. However, I recently discovered that Superfish cooks their food in beef tallow, a traditional and healthier way of cooking. Last week, I called to confirm that they indeed use beef fat, and the lady on the phone apologized for not using vegetable oil. I ordered my usual large haddock and chips, and was...
