the best sushi I had in France. the restaurant is quite small and the main part is down in an old cave that is very charming. sushis were delicious, salmon was very fresh. the waiter was honest enough to tell me that gyozas are not homemade when I asked before the order what was honest and very appreciated. the restaurant was fully booked, but they accepted me since I was alone and promised I would be fast.
