This Sushi is not professional at all. The restaurant is only opened once in five from which my note is. No communication is made to prevent the client from closing, which leads to unnecessary movement at its expense. Pass your path if you don't want to find yourself facing a closed door.

At the culinary level nothing to report is very good and well served. However, in terms of communication, it is below any interlocutor to take an order, the telephone hours are not respected. This is the result of all that the potential client can have the unpleasant impression of being taken over the leg. At the time when communication reigns as a master and where the means to ensure it are innumerable it seems vital to make a serious effort at this level by preventing customers in case of closure.
