VERY disappointing, we’re big Japanese food fans, we enjoy it every where, US, Mexico, Europe, but sorry not at Taki in Rome! The food was very bland tasting. Service and ambiance was great.

Uno dei ristoranti giapponesi migliori a Roma. Locale elegante, cibo spaziale, sia il sushi, sia i ravioli, sia il meraviglioso manzo Wagyu, autentico! Servizio attento e formale, conto alto ma giusto.

They were a little busy so we can understand the delay on serving the wine after two dishes served on the table. Fish was really good quality and fresh but the sushirolls (rice specially) it was a bit disappointing: Speisekarte ansehen

First we started with a friendly attentive staff, soon we realized the knowledge of the menu was not much the forte of them. The flexibility to make some simple changes of ingredients was very difficult, Timing of the appetizer was off had to ask several times where the other plates were we ordered. The food itself was good for the sushi. Presentation is what Taki tries to impress you with. After that it went all downhill, they became so busy that they would walk by our table and several time we had to call them to get attention, The deserts are dry premade and far from what you would expect. Prices are on the high side for what you get

Ottimo cibo ma il servizio va rivisto . La qualità del cibo non è in discussione , tutto eccellente però il servizio è da rivedere completamente , c’è poca attenzione verso il cliente , nonostante la prenotazione tendono a farti sedere nella prima sala all’entrata quando la parte sopra molto più riservata e accogliente è completamente libera. Sono molto sbrigativi , non spiegano nulla e mettono fretta sia per la scelta sia mentre si sta mangiando , sembra di stare ad un semplice cinese all you con eat dove più mangi veloce prima esci per liberare il tavolo. Non era così tempo fa quindi mi auguro che si torni ad un servizio all’altezza dell’ottimo cibo che viene servito.

Excellent service, très attentionné dans un bel cadre, ambiance jazzy et feutré qui invite à l'intimité. Une rencontre intime avec la cuisine du chef Christian Spalvieri. Une cuisine qui se veut gastronomique par la présentation esthétique des plats, et aussi par la technique (belle cuisson du calamar, et du poulet cuit en basse température). Cependant, sur les 6 plats du menu carte blanche, à mon goût, seul le plat de calamar et mille-feuilles de courgette, et le plat de ravioli aux champignons fermentés étaient équilibrés en goût. Les autres plats étaient soit sans saveur (les amuses bouche servis en apéritif), soit trop déséquilibré en goût (la salade aux poivrons et la sauce au safran qu... Speisekarte ansehen
