"beautiful place right at the lord street, southport. lunch menu, good choice. also good for afternoon tea. all cheap. very helpful and friendly staff. with the warmer weather on the way, the exterior are an obvious attraction, especially sitting as a sunfall looks! if you want to add a tipp for the provided beautiful service, it must be in cash, as their payment machine cannot add tips. we were unhappy about it today. we will remember the next time that we will go soon!"

A Wonderful Early Evening Suntrap Very enjoyable 5 minutes stroll from the house and 10 seconds off Lord Street (North). A place to lose an hour or so having a glass or indeed two of v reasonably priced wine and lite nibbles .. A very pleasant surprise especially on your doorstep and one to be frequented more I suspect.

A hidden gem in Union Street, Southport. A lovely little cafe with a very different breakfast and lunch menu. Plenty of variety including imaginative vegetarian and vegan dishes. There are plenty of meaty options too to satisfy carnivores like me. Service is excellent and the atmosphere pleasant though more daytime cafe than evening fine dining. Overall a new favourite.

we drove past tappers the other day, thought it looked nice and it wasn't disappointed! it has a very relaxing atmosphere, large portions and is very affordable. we had a nice server and the food and drinks came out very quickly. it was not too loud, so it is a great place for a delicious healthy lunch and a chat with family or friends. we come back here! they sit outside when they can, it's a real tasty when the sun seems.
