Taze - Speisekarte

This Turkish restaurant in Medway is the best hands down. We shared a mixed grill and the ribs were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying them.

Rapid service with huge quantities of food at a reasonable price. Lots of staff rapidly serving food as its cooked. We both enjoyed the well priced well cooked food

Been here a few times over the years (we don't live in Chatham) and it never fails to impress us on friendliness, hygiene, value for money and delicious Turkish food. Not expensive, can't recommend too highly. Speisekarte ansehen

Definitely not great for little kids, staff were rude and unattentive. We had to seat outside as they messed up our booking which was booked like few days prior. Food was nothing special I have had better. Was a hassle to get the bill which was very frustrating. I know i won't be going back for sure.

The perfect meal. Bold claim but my adult daughter and I dined outside on freshly cooked, perfectly spiced, good portions with friendly attentive staff. We ate, we talked, we ate some more. Delighted in the tastes and choice. There are 100 places to get a kebab... . But Tase sets the standard to reach.

My Mum and I went for dinner on Saturday night and we were very impressed! We ordered the hot meze for 2 which was served with a fresh mixed salad, warm bread, and tzaziki followed by some shish kebabs which came with rice and bulgar wheat. After reading the reviews, I must have gone to a different restaurant. The food we were served was dreadful I had meat with onions, peppers etc. actually 2 pieces of lamb sliced into 10 pieces in a greasy sauce, which was tasteless. My husband had the chicken stew which had no taste to it and my friend had a meal she didn't even order, chicken on the bone on top of mashed potato!! After reviewing it on google I received a message that yes the dish I'd ordered is usually greasy!!!! but their grilled meat is superb, as we're not huge meat eaters that's why we opted for stew type dishes. Our first visit to this restaurant for my wife's birthday meal was disappointing. Despite specifically asking the waitress to serve our starters and mains separately with at least 15 minutes in between, our request was not honored. My Calamari starter arrived with my wife's main meal, Imam Biyaldi. Despite reminding the waitress of our request, the Butterfly Prawn starter arrived late, after I had already eaten my Calamari. When my wife's main meal finally arrived, it was dry and crusty on top from sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Booked over a month in advance and paid £150 cash as deposit for 15-20 family guests to dine in restaurant. Closer to time we visited and were told that restaurant itself would not be able to hold us all so we'd be in the adjacent patisserie. We accepted and were told no disturbances and the venue would be ours. We turned up an hour earlier than guests and set up own dessert table. Spoke to staff about it being slightly chilly and they turned on what was meant to be a ceiling fan blowing out heat. Instead this blew out air con. Were told repeatedly someone would come and sort it however nobody did and when guests inevitably arrived it was freezing to the point we could see our own breath. Ha... Speisekarte ansehen
