"eating was enough, but nothing particularly excellent. the personal was friendly, although there was a lack of attention, so we had to continue to try to catch their attention if we wanted something. the room was beautiful, but all was ruined by loud, inexorable, inappropriate music that made the conversation very difficult. I asked if it could turn off and the personal said it would do it, but I guess she wouldn't have done it because there was no change in volume at all."

Lovely area for afternoon tea! Delicious food but a bit overpriced. Makes sense though since it’s a very fancy hotel with a wonderful view. Would definitely go back for the quintessential afternoon tea experience

We book the table for 5:00PM and we been half an hour late when the afternoon has already finished but Renata was so lovely and she still sit us on the table makeing to my girlfriend an happy day with her service, she been lovely and extremely helpful, nothing for her was to difficult, also she show us around a d make as feel special, tge place is amazing, very elegant , we will recommend to our friends
