"It was my first time visiting. I had waffles with white chocolate ice cream and it was absolutely beautiful, the lady was so welcoming, polite, kind with a lovely smile on her face at all times. The customer service was impeccable. I will definitely spread the word recommend this place to people. The pricing I think is decent as well, I will definitely be back again. Great customer service. The staff are super lively and kind. Super good desserts too. If you're in Erdington I'd definately suggest coming here. They aren't over priced too which makes it all the more better . This place is perfect . Wish they had more stuff like this where I'm from Speisekarte ansehen

I always come in for my same large cookie dough and ice cream with a extra scoop of Ferrero Rocher ice cream. The staff are always very nice and helpful. They make you feel welcome and comfortable no complaints at all. I have even ordered my birthday cake from this store which I should be collecting on Friday!! seriously though I have never had bad service from here this store is the place to be
