Great place, staff superb, food superb. Sweetcorn fritters, baby ribs, mmmm! all 4 of us had great meals..

Jak was fantastic! He was a lovely guy with amazing customer service, not just with me but with everyone around me. The food was absolutely outstanding as well.

Cold, dry, expensive food. Really disappointed as TGI's alway used to be pretty good. Restaurant was empty, yet the service was really slow. When it did arrive the food was overcooked, cold and dry.

Missed the mark for me. Wasn't a fan of some of the flavouring they use, wings were flavoured with a very odd bitter/savoury sauce far from the typical sweet and sticky approach.The nachos were not on par with Bodegas who I would suggest is their main competition. The tables are made of wooden planks and some have a gap of about 0.5cm which fills up with all manner of unspeakable things in a busy restaurant.Staff were great and friendly.

Booked a table at TGI’s for New Years Eve, it was a total disaster. We went in at our booked time and we were very surprised to see it very quiet. We were ignored at the front of the restaurant, took ages to get seated. We ordered drinks and food. Waiter came back and said that 2 of the 3 drinks weren’t available also 2 of the meals. We all changed our orders but when my husbands wine was served it was disgusting, cost £10 but was undrinkable. By this point we had enough and decided to leave. I went to see the manager but she wasn’t that bothered. Lovely waiter followed us out and was very apologetic but it was too late. Thank you TGI’s for ruining our New Years Eve. Speisekarte ansehen

I hate to write this negative review, as the waiter who served us did genuinely seem apologetic for the mistakes. However, I must share my experience: upon arrival, we waited a long time to be seated, despite making eye contact with several staff members. Even after other patrons arrived, it took a crowd forming at the door for us to finally be seated. We placed our order and waited an extended period of time. When I inquired about our food, the waiter explained that it had been prepared but left to sit, causing it to go cold. They remade our dishes, which eventually arrived accompanied by a discount on our bill for the inconvenience. Sadly, this experience tarnished what had otherwise been...

Visited this place last night for the first time, won't be returning. Food was bland and served cold. My partner had the fajitas and I've never seen chicken like that served in fajita dish. It was small chunks of chicken that look like they came out of a big freezer bag, definitely not fresh, and definitely never prepared by the chef beyond chucking it in a pan. The tapas is over priced and poor quality, more freezer food style reheats. Most of the dishes were cold but one was luke warm in one place, despite burnt cheese on top. My partner and I walked in, it was a very quiet night. Georgina, Jordan and Joel (the manager, and 2 of the waiting staff) saw myself and my partner stood at the door not one of them came over or gave any sign to indicate that they would be over soon. After we had been seated, took Joel a good 5 minutes to ask us what drinks we’d like, at which point we were also ready to order our starter and mains too. Our drinks too that long to come, i had actually forgotten for a second that we even order any about 2 minutes later our starter followed.
