Amazing experience at The Alchemist! A theatrical experience with both food and drink. Engaging and friendly staff in a wonderfully well thought-out space. On the pricier side, but worth it for the wow factor

Had a fabulous, yummy breakfast with my daughter at the weekend. Magical cups of tea and mocktails. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good value for money and good size portions too. Highly recommend

Went at lunchtime, not too busy. They do cocktails on the upper price range compared to little independents. Lovely building and very central in the city. If you like to watch a lot of faffing about at the bar while waiting to be served, this is the place for you.

amazing eating, amazing drinks and amazing staff! had a great evening before they arena for a show. we had a sharer between three of us and there was a lot to eat, the drinks were dramatic and tasty! the staff was very friendly and made us very welcome: can not wait to come back!

Table was slightly late, hence the 4*. We had a difficult eater (egg allergy) with us and she was adequately catered for. Sourdough bread roll wasn 't what I expected. I was expecting a crisp baked bread roll but the one I got was soft. Minor issues which didn 't effect the experience. Speisekarte ansehen

Cocktails are a work of art and priced accordingly. It’s definitely worth a visit for the spectacular, theatrical drink making. It was difficult to get a seat even though there were empty tables in the reserved area that didn’t fill in all the time we were there but we had a lovely time nonetheless.

I had really hoped that the best place for cocktails in nottingham would not be a chain, but it is. the alchemist blows the rest out of the water in every sight. the drinks are not only very bright and instagram capable, but also really taste what others seem to miss; often go over board to the performance and taste taste taste. the service is the best we have ever seen, the barista was attentive, courteous and highly qualified. could not recommend, 10/10

we had a really great experience here for the henne of my cousin. the brunch was such a great concept and the fact that you could choose either 3 cocktails and a dish or unlimited cocktails and a dish was also a great idea. the food was delicious and just the right amount for an early meal, while the cocktails were light and refreshing. the server and the staff were friendly and friendly and it was so nice of them to offer a bottle as a gift for my cousin. many thanks for such a great experience!
