We had a take away on a Sunday lunch time, we ordered ahead and picked it up and it was on time and the food was excellent! also packaging is all recyclable which is great! Will definitely be returning!

The food was excellent. I ordered fish and chips, and the batter was wonderfully light while the chips were outstanding, although I missed the mushy peas. The menu is quite extensive and far exceeds what you'd typically expect from pub fare. Overall, a fantastic experience.

we had a fantastic meal, best afteros ever. my wife had the lobster she said was amazing. my daughter had oysters and chips that they really enjoyed, and my son and I had burgers who were great. beer and wein were good and the staff was great. amazing eating and beer garden. great to see how different places adapt to the new norm, this place fits very well and I felt very comfortable safe. I had the most tender brat bark dinner £18) while my man had hummer thermidor £28,) local zider a bottle wein total came to £67 very friendly and helpful staff. would definitely go back because there was a lot on the menu I wanted to try!

During our two-night stay in Harwich, we visited this restaurant in the evening and had a lovely experience. They offer a great selection of five regional real ales, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The ambiance in the historic old town added to the charm of our visit. The menu exceeded typical pub fare, featuring a variety of seafood and some vegetarian options. We received a warm welcome and would definitely return in the future.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The only time I've eaten lobster, I didn't enjoy it at all! It was tough and had a faint, strange smell. I also felt that the grilled oysters were significantly undercooked. While I don't mind raw oysters, I think others might want to steer clear. To make matters worse, someone at the bar was constantly vaping. Although the bar staff eventually asked him to stop, their eye-rolling made it clear they thought I was being unreasonable.
