Picked at random to meet a friend. Parking on the road, not a lot of spaces. Pleasant staff, plenty of room. Had a delicious chicken curry. Plenty of chicken in it, along with rice and a poppadom. Good value. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We had never been here before, we drove over 2 hours to meet family last Sunday for lunch. We have to say the roast turkey dinner was delicious, probably the best Sunday pub roast we've had in a long time. The Christmas cheesecake was gorgeous, the service was great. Quality little pub with fantastic views of the Woodchester valley, food was excellent and timely, and good selection of drinks too. Staff are helpful and friendly and plenty of tables available.
