I stopped by for a coffee and a snack, but unfortunately, dogs are not allowed inside. I’ve heard great things about the food and service, but we didn't get the opportunity to experience it.

Love this place. Excellent to sit outside on a nice day. Food is lovely and plentiful. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Takes a while to get served when busy, but that's by-the-by. This is a very popular spot for coffee and/or lunch with a constant turnover of tables so the wait won't be long if you don't find a seat straight away. Baked potatoes are very good as is the homemade soup. Cakes are excellent, the ginger cake alone is worth the return trip for me. There are several, quality retail outlets to peruse too. Parking can be a bit challenging since it's a high-traffic area, but it's usually possible to find a spot if you're patient. The cafe is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp and a disabled toilet, with access points on both sides of the building. The service is great, making it a perfect place to enjoy a brunch meal.
