So many veggie options, amazing cocktails and really lovely staff. Couldn’t recommend more. Best Mexican cuisine for miles.

We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant, trying out a variety of drinks and especially enjoying the Gin Bar. It's a perfect spot for meeting up with friends and is a popular social hangout.

Been here a couple of times now and it's been good every time. The food is great, there's lots of variety on the menu to keep everyone happy, yet the quality was high with all the dishes we ordered. Came here on Saturday afternoon. Have been here plenty of times and would off highly recommend. But to be honest. The food was very disappointing compared to previously. Not much choice some food very over cooked and very slow. We had the bottomless bubbles and the girls doing the drinks were brilliant. Shame about the food. Usually great value for money.

Our first visit (why have we not eaten here before! . Everything was fantastic. A very warm welcome and great service. The lady who took our orders is certainly in the right role, very knowledgeable and informative about the menu and so friendly. Menu is so extensive, it was hard to choose. Food was wonderful. Only problem was we were too full to try dessert. Will definitely be going back.

Arrived here a little randomly, but completely charmed. The decor was exotic and our server was wonderfully helpful. We had a massive ham and pineapple pizza, halloumi tacos, chicken chorizo tacos, humous, and bruschetta. Every dish was generous and extremely fresh nothing taken from the freezer and fried or microwaved. Although we never return to Luton, this place is worth a visit. Went to a bottomless brunch at Brassie Azure at the Leaside Hotel. What a fantastic find. You could have either unlimited prosecco or gin and unlimited Tapas. The food was excellent. You were allowed to order more in the two hours, but there was so much food you didn't need to. The drinks were flowing and the service was excellent. Nicola was amazing. Really looked after us, we were never without food or drink. Beautiful setting too. I will definitely be booking again.

I went to this restaurant for my daughter's 21st birthday and I must say, this is Luton's best hidden gem! The menu is fantastic with a variety of options to cater to everyone's taste, a diverse wine and cocktail selection, and if you order the tapas dishes, be prepared for a feast. The steak served on a hot stone was some of the best I've ever had and we all left feeling completely satisfied. Our waitress, Nicola, provided fantastic friendly and helpful service. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us make difficult decisions on what to order. The service was truly top-notch and we will definitely be returning in the future.

My friends and I visited Brasserie Azure at the Leaside hotel for their Bottomless Prosecco and lunch event held every Sunday afternoon. It was fantastic! Our waitress, Nicola, explained the concept to us – you get a 2-hour time slot during which you can enjoy unlimited Prosecco, gin with mixer, or soft drinks (you can mix and match, not limited to one choice). They start you off with a selection of appetizers, followed by a variety of small dishes from their tapas menu. If you're still hungry, you can order more tapas or larger dishes.
