Cucina americana di carne d'oca, consigliato benvenuto a texas (fritte, maiale tirato, costole di maiale, pancia di maiale e salsiccia) e come contorni American dolci patate o patatine con cheddar e pancetta croccante.

A group of four of us are here. Service was smooth and friendly. We all had different meats, beef or pork. All of them had a really nice smoked flavor and it all was moist and tender. I grill and barbecue a lot, and this was better than even what I can produce. Speisekarte ansehen

Cucina buonissima, carne ottima, empanadas ripiene deliziose. Personale molto attento e disponibile: abbiamo richiesto se avessero della birra senza glutine e non solo c’è ne hanno fatto assaggiare una eccellente, che non conoscevamo, ma si sono anche preoccupati di offrirci dei nachos di mais per poter degustare la loro cremina al tartufo. Top. Bravi, continuate cosi.

I had a really nice brunch with some friends. For starters i had the pork balls, which were good but nothing special. For main i had the brisket which was very good, smooth and tasty, with just a bit of fat, along some sweet potato fries and a coleslaw. Being in Italy this kind of texas barbecue was a nice surprise. Also the wine was good and they have a huge selection. I would definitely return

A truely excellent experience. In a very busy area The Brisket has not tried to cram as many tables as possible into the available are but allowed each table space to be at ease. The busy staff were efficient and attentive. The food was top notch; the brisket cooked to perfection; surprise tastes and odours in all the dishes and sides.
