We enjoyed a delicious roast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Considering the restaurant was very quiet it took a long time for the food to come. However, it was a good overall experience and the staff were very friendly

Service ok although always takes an age to get served at the bar. Food presentation good but steaks way over cooked and fatty. Prawns rubbery. Crisp salad. Potatoes tired. Speisekarte ansehen

exceeded my expectations and as well as the food and service excellent the nice thing was the layout of the rooms to eat in because it wasn't one large room the noise level was fine which is a lot to be said these days

I have to say that the pub offers friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. However, my partner became violently ill after dining there. She hadn’t eaten anything all night, so it’s likely something she had there that caused it.

Just about ok, but as we have plenty of nicer places to choose from I don’t expect we will return soon. Table not wiped, too few staff so they were very busy and tired (but they did their best). Food disappointing. Have heard several people say the same. A pity, as it was much improved following the recent revamp, but it’s now back as it was. Speisekarte ansehen

We booked the table for mothers day through Open table but when we contacted the to ensure the table was booked they said they had not received the Opentable booking, despite us receiving a confirmation booking from Opentable and had no places available! Clearly we were very unhappy and disappointed as we had relative coming from a great distance to meet for Mother Day and we had to find somewhere else to go at short notice. This has now happened twice at the same restaurant.

We really liked the Bugle Horn, but I would advise against booking through OpenTable. They couldn’t find our reservation in their system, either by our name or their booking number, despite me having received a confirmation email. As a result, we ended up sitting at the bar, where we were left on our own. The food was rather cold, and they couldn’t accommodate us in the restaurant. We understand they were busy, but the staff didn't seem to be in a hurry, which dampened the overall experience a bit.

We didn't enjoy our experience at Bugle Horn. Don't book through OpenTable; they had no record of our reservation under either their booking number or our name. Even though I received a confirmation email and reminder, it didn't matter because they had no record of it. As a result, we were seated in the bar area, where we felt isolated. The reception was quite unfriendly and they couldn't accommodate us in the main restaurant. We understand that it was a busy evening, but they certainly didn’t seem overwhelmed.
