The Butlers Wharf Chop House

Fantastic atmosphere and great produce. I attended for a wedding and I will be back soon. Staff are friendly and helpful and they made the happy couple's day. Great steak. Yum!

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with enjoyable dining. The starter I had was delicious, and for our main course, we opted for the Sunday roast (beef and lamb), which was fantastic. The only downside was the potatoes, which tasted a bit old. However, the cocktails were also quite impressive!

To start, I had the roasted bone marrow and snails, which were excellent. Georgina ordered the seafood salad, which sounded promising, but unfortunately, it was served on a cold plate. For dessert, we shared the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate buns, both of which were delicious. As a nice gesture, they didn’t charge us for the filet steak, which we appreciated. Insane views of London's Tower Bridge! This restaurant really is wonderful down the cobbled streets of Butlers Wharf and leading into fabulous views of London, you really couldnt ask for a better find, not to mention the gorgeous menu and quality of food! We came here to celebrate a birthday and Chophouse did not disappoint....! You can also watch the beautiful ships sailing down the Thames and watch as Tower Bridge opens for those that are too big otherwise to squeeze under! Superb.

We booked a table quite last minute, however the restaurant was quite quiet which was nice. We ate outside, under the heater and canopy, which was lovely as our view was Tower Bridge. The guy that took care of us was very patient and attentive. We asked if they had prosecco as the menu only had wine and champagne, he said they do but its not on the menu, lovely prosecco. My friend and I both ordered the chophouse cheeseburger and it may have been the best cheeseburger I've had! The triple cooked chips were delicious too.

What a fantastic experience! The service was outstanding and attentive, even with our two tables of guests. Everyone had rave reviews about their meals — a total hit among all 24 attendees. As the only vegetarian at the table, I thoroughly enjoyed my tomato soup and potato dumplings; they were light, fluffy, and simply delightful. The sommelier really understood our preferences, offering a great selection of medium-priced wines instead of just the most expensive options on the menu. it was a very pleasant restaurant with wonderful views of the river and delicious food. I arrived a bit earlier and the restaurant was not particularly busy, although it became more busy at 8 o'clock. the staff is very polite and attentive.
