I don't know if this place has changed hands recently, but the quality of the hash browns is appalling. Burgers are still great, thank goodness.

The food was that bad that the dog wouldn't even eat it but the bin did enjoy it. I would not recommend this place overpriced for what was on offer Speisekarte ansehen

The burger was delicious. The fries were adequately cooked, but I personally prefer them a bit crispier for that golden brown color. The staff were welcoming and the service was excellent. However, there are no dining tables available, only delivery or takeout options.

Ate alot when I worked at the solicitors down the road, gorgeous food friendly service, miss having it for my lunch and all the staff at my old work who were all on weird diets, saying how nice and good it looked smelt! I don’t live too far from Canadian charcoal pit so visit is pending!

Absolutely the Best Burgers you will ever taste! Always make a point of nipping in for lunch, if in Altrincham. My Sons, love them, have even requested one be brought home to Warrington, if they know I'm nearby.....! The Staff are fantastic, friendly. I am from Arizona, but I served a Mormon mission here back in 1980 and this was the one place that had the best burgers in the world better than any that I have in America. And so literally I’ve been coming back for 43 years to this same place and same location. Their hamburgers and onion rings are second to none. And the lady that’s been serving us has been there 27 years, that’s crazy. When we bring my kids over and grandkids this is their favorite stop, we purchase takeout and then we walk across the street to the picnic tables and enjoy the best burgers around.

I haven’t been here for a while but called in last night and there was a young girl serving who didn’t seem that interested in her role, I placed my order of approximately £40 and all seemed good till I got back to my car to eat where I found that one of the burgers was not to my order. I went back in and explained to the girl that it was wrong and she got very confrontational with me saying it’s what I ordered and I then explained it wasn’t but she was having non of it. They changed what was wrong eventually but only added one patty to a burger rather than re cook the whole burger which was wrong and then the food was awful anyway. I had a burger. It was ok.... I couldn 't recommend it unless you 're drunk and the patties were suspiciously gristly considering it was the premium steak burger. I asked for salad and didn 't get asked if I wanted sauce so it didn 't occur to me until too late. A £7 burger would normally have some sauce in as standard? Also a strange sign saying this is the only The Canadian Charcoal Pit in Altrincham or Sale . Technically true but there is a Canadian Charcoal Pit in Sale which I think is a similar standard so take your pick.
