"I was treated to a Late Friday Lunch at this pub. I chose this pub as had read good feedback. The pub was quiet not too busy. Looked very clean. Menu was only available via QR code, which i did not have neither did anyone in my party of 3. So we had to use waiters phone. Firstly i was disappointed at lunchtime no Cheese ploughman was on the menu. It said tradional pub meal but this was not the case. I was also disappointed as there was limited choice of vegetraian or vegan options. I chose Halloumi Burger and one had Beyond meat (vegan?? burger and third just opted for chips only. The halloumi burger was dripping all over the place with some sauce, halloumi cheese slice was very thin and burger was bulked out with massive lettuce leaves and some slices of tomato. Was given coleslow as a side and chips were included. Beyond meat burger was still raw in the centre thinking customer wanted medium rare. vegetraian burgers need to be cooked thro and not semi cooked. again bulked out with lettuce and tomato. Chunky chips were ok. Other choices of vegetrain options we did not fancy, especially pizza, humus and pitta bread and mushroom pie. And i hate goat cheese. DRinks were usual pub prices. Altogether it was an expensive lunch but i would only visit this pub for a drink at lunchtime and not a meal esp. being vegetarian. I hope the chef adds more vegetarian options as he has done for non-veg. If you go in the evening there is nowhere to park as outside the pub is double yellow lines and nearest car park from 1st Nov 2021 closes at 4pm. So if you live nearby you have to walk to this pub."

Sunday lunch was excellent. Delicious roast beef and selection of vegetables. Piping hot. Friendly service. Will be back very soon! Highly recommend.

The food was excellent, especially the incredible mini doughnuts for dessert and the delicious Sunday roast. It's also dog-friendly, so I highly recommend it!

We held a leaving party for around 50 people at TCIA and it couldn't have been more smooth. Food, drinks, staff all great. Maria was wonderful to work with and I'd recommend for anyone looking to do something similar.

Great food. Impeccable service… the young guys waiters) in here are so pleasant they always have a quick chat and help us out with how to use the app ! Pie was delicious. Dog was welcomed. Lovely experience after a long dog walk. Proves reasonable

My son and I were staying local and we saw this on the drive and thought we’d pop in for Sunday lunch. Pub was busy due to the great weather but we got a lovely table. Staff were attentive and food was great. We enjoyed the outdoor space and play area too. We actually ended up coming back the day after for lunch as we knew it was good value and great staff. Living in Harrow, I usually turn south for my entertainment, today I went north for a change and 10 mins up then road found THE CASE IS ALTERED, what a find… I have found my new local. Service 10/10 Good, oh my goodness, superb 10/10 The atmosphere and buzzing nature of this super spot is a treat for all that visit, on your own, or in a large group; you will be welcome and fall in love this this great warm and friendly local. Lunch, dinner… drinks, or just a coffee in the lovely garden, this place would suit all tastes and fit all occasions. This needs to be on your visit list !!

We selected The Case is Altered for a special lunch for the Harrow Striders Nordic walking groups. The staff made it simple for us to book a table for 19 people, and the options on the special menu accommodated all of our members, including those with allergies. Renata and Toni were welcoming and took great care of our group. We were seated in a cozy corner of the pub, which allowed us to chat and move between tables comfortably. The appetizers were delicious, and the main courses were generous with delectable desserts - I regret not choosing the bread and butter pudding!
