"Its been a very long time since I had a meal at this lovely little bistro; but as its local to my Mum, I thought we would try to book. I made my booking in February as I knew it would be popular. It was an important birthday for my Brother the day before; and I asked if I could bring a cake and have a fuss, they said no problem and even offered to put up banners. As it happened, my Brother didn 't want a fuss so we didn 't bother, but they were more than willing to do this if we had. We were seated on time and the service and the food were excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. What made it extra special for me was I asked if they would be able to do a 'take out ' dinner for my Dad. They asked me to bring a plate and they would do that, no problem. They even provided a tub of gravy! This was, for me, what customer service is all about. Well done Fulbrooks. We had a lovely couple of hours eating and drinking with my Mum on Mothers day."

"the most consistent local Indian delivery that I found for one. full of taste and good meat ratio in the position to not only share sose. good price and never takes very long. the only Indian I order from now on. I tend to order a madras, pilau and peshwari naan, it is consistently good. have also tried tikka masala and corma all very individual aromen. nothing slanders about it. they also sell the sauces separately, which is a good idea. only wish they made fresh chips. it doesn't matter to you as long as it's good to eat and it's worth it."

"An excellent restaurant that does not live up to its usual standard. We were greeted by the manager almost as if we were disturbing him, this followed through our visit with his service, it was appalling and came across as very rude! The waiting staff however were very pleasant and hard-working. We ordered Arancini, Bread, a pizza and carbonara. The beef ragu arancini were bland and mushy inside, one ball had cheese inside the other didn't but also it just tasted like corned beef hash, with no risotto in sight! The bread was dry and stale as if it had been cut at the start of service and left out. The sausage pizza was tasty, the fennel sausage and spicy sausage although sparing were very flavoursome. The carbonara had plenty of texture and a rich creamy sauce, we added chicken to it and again the little chicken we had was very tasty. Overall the food was good but not great but the rudeness of the manager almost spoilt the whole experience. With 2 glasses of wine it cane to £50 which is steep compared to other venues. Food Quality Value for money Overall experience"

"I visited this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. The ambiance was fantastic, with many other guests also marking special occasions. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent, although I found the portion sizes to be a bit small considering the price. For example, I ordered the duck for £20, which came with a very small side of chips. My prawn cocktail starter, priced at £9, was delicious but did not come with any bread, which was unusual based on my previous experiences. I also found the £3.50 charge for a pint of soda water with blackcurrant to be a bit steep. Despite these minor issues, we all had a wonderful evening and would highly recommend this restaurant for celebrating special occasions."
