Best cafe in Takely, super helpful friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Food excellent great value set in a beautiful setting

Lovely mega breakfasts for 5 elderly! hungry men, quick service, value for money clean premises, friendly staff and easy parking, highly recommend.

Went for a coffee and a sausage sandwich all was good but five days later i got a £60.00 parking fine for parking in the car park outside the cafe, will not be returning. Speisekarte ansehen

We stopped here this morning en route to an airport pick up. Freshly cooked full english breakfast, I loved the mushroom and cheese omelette. So good that we ordered sandwiches for our trip home.

Needed somewhere local for four of us to grab breakfast, before we all dispersed home. What a little gem we found. Nice choice of food, served by two very friendly ladies, at a very reasonable price.

I suppose it was getting late was around 3.30, but they had no hot food eg jacket potatoes and only one sandwich left. Not much there. Cake was very dry. Disappointing but the forest itself is stunning. Speisekarte ansehen

First found this by a friends recommendation. Popped here for a business meeting and now been bring my wife here. Lovely outdoor setting, so close to Hatfield Forrest and Stansted Airoort. Had a very nice breakfast here and coffee with selection o milk alternatives

Great food, Great staff, Great place to relax after a long drive or business meeting. I had a full English breakfast. Very fair price. The Bacon is locally sourced from a real Butcher. You absolutely can taste the difference. Not salty and does not shrivel away into a scrap of meat. Due to the usual bacon being pumped with water. The Granary bread was exceptional. After a lovely day walking around Hatfield Forest with our 2 dogs, My wife, my daughter myself popped in for something to eat. We were quite late as we didn't realise they closed at 3:30 But nothing was too much trouble for the lovely friendly ladies serving. The food was really great they received back 3 clean plates. We sat outside because of the dogs I must say it really is a lovely setting, especially on a nice sunny day like we had. Thoroughly recommended. Speisekarte ansehen
