We absolutely love the Copper Dog. It is our favorite spot in town for delicious food and drinks. The cocktails are superb and the dining experience is always top-notch. The staff is fantastic and incredibly friendly!

The barman, in the Quaich, was very knowledgeable in his whiskeys and guided us through a tasting tour of the wonders of the Speyside malts. Bar was very comfortable with a good atmosphere. I visited this restaurant over the weekend to celebrate my significant other's birthday. This was our second visit in a month, and both experiences were wonderful. We arrived a bit late and were informed that the table was needed by 8 o'clock, but we were offered dessert elsewhere if we wanted it. After our meal, we went to the whiskey bar, which was impressive with its wide selection of whiskies. We will definitely return and are already planning another visit soon. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we have not encountered any rudeness during our visits.

I can't speak to the food, but the bar downstairs and especially the whisky bar upstairs was outstanding. Upstairs chatting with Calum was one of the best bar experiences I've ever had. The man KNOWS his whisky, and not only does he know his stuff, but is great at teaching too. The selection was astounding and Calum takes you on a journey depending on your flavor preferences. Had such a grand time here and highly recommend it to anyone. They have a good selection of vegetarian options on the menu and are able to accommodate dietary restrictions, including allergies. The price per person ranges from £30-40. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks. Some recommended dishes include Fish and Chips, Cheesecake, Fillet of Cod, Bangers and Mash, Crispy Monkfish Tacos, Single Beef Burger with Strathdon Blue, and the Monkfish Special.
