"Very disappointed. Such a great location and destination. Frankly I don't think they care about customers. Booked table for 2 oclock. Arrived early and was told 1 hour wait for food. How difficult is a Sunday roast? They were not even half full (including garden). Not enough staff clearly. I waited 20 minutes at bar to be served a drink. Food was disappointing on arrival. Tough roast beef. Its not enough to hope the location overshadows poor service and quality. I won't be back."

It was a Bank Holiday, but after waiting 1.15 hours, our food still hadn't arrived. They forgot our drinks for our anniversary and apologized, but we were not impressed.

Our recent visit to Coy Carp was very disappointing. The food was bland and didn't live up to our previous experiences dining here several years ago. The restaurant has definitely lost its charm over time. Speisekarte ansehen

We went on Thursday of last week for lunch and we were very cold even though we were seated downstairs. We sat near the windows overlooking the canal and grew more and more cold as the meal continued. This is a shame as the ambiance, service and food were very good.

After finding out that our booking hadn't been put on the list of diners, and they were fully booked. A nice chap said he would give us a table at the bar, and we would still be able to order the Sunday lunch, otherwise we would have to find somewhere else to eat. I would not use Open Table again, in case the same thing happened. Very disappointed
