The Cranberry Farm, Cranbrook

Fantastic service even though the restaurant was very busy. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a great evening and there was a lovely, family friendly atmosphere in the place. The food was great and the Christmas decor was beautiful. We will definitely be back again soon!

Starters and the service were fine but unfortunately can’t say the same about the main course, all the meals were cold , probably the worst roast I ever had, the beef was well done, not served pink as advertised, the vegetables taste and didn’t look fresh, the burgers were just warm/cold except for the fries, overall, a terrible experience!!

We were a bit disappointed when we found out that the turkey roast dinner we wanted was not available, along with several other dishes. The meals we did end up having were okay, but the portions were quite small. The waitress and her male assistant were friendly and pleasant. visit them here friends and this is his local pub/restaurant. visited here twice, on Friday night only for drinks and Saturday night for eating. not much choice on the menu, so ordered steak. it found that the steak was a flat iron steak and it was certainly not, it was quite a thick steak, but tasty enough. the staff was nice and friendly and the pub had a nice feeling. there was also a beautiful outside area.

In the area on holiday so never been before. The Good Staff polite, welcomed on arrival and quickly seated, good selection of food for adults and children, no issues with the food all top quality and cooked fine. The Bad There is building work going on nearby with road closed sign which is not applicable to the pub but not clear, we ignored the sign to get to the car park but if you don't you'll end up parking down the road. Not the pubs fault but they could have managed the signage better with the builders.

visited the cranberry farm tonight with my friend and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the venue, service and eating. our server teresa was super friendly and welcoming, the other waitresses whose names I didn't catch were just as polite and all seemed happy at the work that is always beautiful to see! we had a starter and head and both were incredible. I recommend definitiw the cast roll starter. the restaurant atmosphere is quiet and warm with beautiful rustic decor. could not recommend enough we will definitely return! many thanks to the chefs and the team the cranberry farm Speisekarte ansehen

The pub has been nice for a while now and i was not a fan tbf… that changed a couple of years ago and found it welcoming and had a nice atmosphere… staff are all lovley… Now over the past few weeks maybe 2 months the clientel a small number i have to say…… have turned the place into a real verbal gutter…. Its awful at times I have seen couples and family groups walk out in disgust F ing and Jeffing at volume is not exceptable Have i brought this to the attention of people yep…… But no change The GM is like lord lucan and i feel for the staff left to deal with this with no line or senior manager…. Hall Woodhouse please manage this place

We used to be regulars at this restaurant, but we won't be much longer due to the disappointing lack of attention to detail, limited menu options, and mistakes with our orders. For example, the lamb kofte I ordered was missing the dip because they had run out, and I wasn't offered an alternative. Additionally, my burger was served with Marie Rose sauce instead of the burger sauce I had requested, and when I raised this issue, I was told that it was indeed burger sauce, which was incorrect. The turkey dish was dry and tough around the edges, as if it had been left under a heat lamp for too long. The timing of our dishes was off, and the staff seemed unprofessional and dismissive. Our experience at the Cranberry Inn last Sunday night for a family gathering was absolutely terrible. The hostess informed us that ten dishes on the menu were not available, which was very disappointing. When we ordered drinks, the waitress informed us that they didn't have what we wanted and brought us something else without asking. The food we ended up ordering was subpar, with my kofta being rubbery and the main course being tasteless and served cold. The overall dining experience was so poor that we decided to skip dessert.
