An eye opening experience. We expected good food but to be impressed with Vegan food, from the menu, was very pleasant. A special thank you to Chloe and Jackie.

The veg platter was back on and brilliant! All other food was brilliant. It was very busy and the lady apologised and offered free drinks! The gardens are sublime! We drive all the way from Oxford to visit! Bacon for the dogs as well!

Staff are really friendly and helpful. The outside is full of beautiful flowers, so would recommend booking an outside table in summer, as it can get busy. Loads of vegan options to choose from. Food was delicious, will be coming back.

Set within a courtyard of an old barn farm and an antique centre with all it’s curiosity’s, nestled between Sherwood Forest and Clumber Park. We visit here on fine sunny or warm days and sit outside in the courtyard as part of a drive out to the Sherwood Forest and the Dukeries region of North Nottinghamshire. We've been here a number of times for breakfast and lunch (including Christmas lunch). The food is amazing. There are lots of vegan options and they're always imaginative (not your run of the mill type stuff). Only negative is the tricky wheelchair access (you either have to go over the cobbled courtyard or into a back door (opened by staff as it's a fire exit) approached over rough ground). Apart from that it's brill and highly recommended!

Lovely location as part of the antique centre. On warm days you can sit out in the courtyard. The best thing though is the meals. All the food is freshly prepared and is delicious. There are always vegan options (including desserts). I have been here a number of times and the quality of the food is always amazing. If you are in the area then definitely go and visit. You won't be disappointed. The only reason it has 4 stars is because this site doesn't award 5 star where non vegans are catered for.

A hidden gem in a wonderful setting. The menu changes seasonally and is built around on local ingredients, so not everything is always available. This was also the case during our visit and the chef herself came to discuss possible vegan options for us, what was so nice and respectful. While the menu seems simple, don't be fooled. This was one of the best dishes I have eaten in years. I order a burger with a salad and the whole dish was amazing. The quality of the ingredients is the highest quality and the way the chef seasoned the dish was out of this planet.
