"We used the downstairs room for a private function after my sons christening. I can not speak highly enough of the staff, venue and food. Nothing was too much trouble and the day went without a hitch. The food was amazing and the staff were excellent from putting up my decorations for me to offering the guests food to take away so it wouldn't get wasted. If you are thinking about using this venue then do it, you won't be disappointed."

We really enjoyed this pub. The staff were very friendly and efficient and food was great. A great lunch for a good day at Epsom. Definitely will return if we are close by.

had a nice afternoon sitting outside in the sun. that was wonderful. the only side was not enough personal. long waiting time and tables not deleted. but do not blame the staff as they, where very nice just their feet run!

Had stopped going here because it was so awful. Lovely landlady who has refurbed pub which is very nice, we didn't eat but were able to take our dog who laid in front of the fire which is a huge bonus, we will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed meeting friends and eating good food at this comfortable pub. The staff and new manager are lovely, interesting and friendly. Great atmosphere, a must visit any time of the day, any day of the week and time of the year.

Four of us ate here on a Thursday evening. It was very busy but we could order online and the staff simply brought us our food. I had cheese and mushrooms on toast with sweet potato fries. Very delicious, but a more generous helping of cheese and mushrooms would have been even better. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
