The Factory House - Speisekarte

Nice place but can be very noisy at lunchtime. You can have a meal of just a coffee at the seats near to the bar counter. Overall good.

Went there again for a lunch with my broking friend. The quality of food and service were better than the last time. Quite satisfied other the restaurant was a little bit noisy.

Monday lunch time for lunch for five people. Helpful waitress recommended a superb Portuguese red wine which was an ideal choice as we were all eating meat as our main course. Shall happily return. Speisekarte ansehen

We visited the restaurant after being at the Tower of London. We had a lovely time. The food was very good en the staff was very kind. I had the Kentish bangers and mash. I loved it. The sausages we tender en perfectly grilled and the Madera gravy was finger licking good. My wife had the vegetable pie. And also this was delicious. For sure a place to go back to.

I was one of 30 people for lunch here as a group and I was disappointed that their promises were not fully delivered upon. My concerns were: 1. The steaks were only average and mine was rather tough; 2.they did not have enough staff; 3. the waitress was generally argumentative and unhelpful to diners who had not received their food; 4. they did not provide enough chips with the steaks.

Very limited menu with little originality. Food heavily marked up and does not represent value for money. Location means that they can rely on Lloyd's footfall and they are resting on their laurels. Hopefully this places updates their menu for the 21st century or closes. I mean only 1 option that isn't meat or fish...and it's a salad...the same salad that is in the starters. the meal was excellent , the staff advised me what was ion the specials and event helped selected the wine choice , myself and my family totally enjoyed the experience. I have been here before with a event , and enjoyed that event i decided to return with my family , the manager recognised me , made me feel very welcome. along with the rest on his team , totally happy with the food and service cant wait to visit again

On Friday 25th March 2022 I organised a reunion lunch for old friends from the Shipbroking days. Factory House was our first here and hopefully it will not be the last. Through the arrangements, the GM Kasha was extremely helpful and efficient in response to my enquiries. This continued through to the day when I arrived to find everything in place, staff bright, cheery and welcoming. The food was very good indeed with service to match. I can heartily recommend this establishment for such events as a reunion, party or simply a lunchtime get together. In these days of often indifference, it was an enjoyable relief to have found this establishment.

We came to the Factory House last week on a corporate dinner, with an international flavour to our diner composition that evening. It was good to see a varied menu catering for different tastes. We had a really good time at the restaurant, the food was excellent and was really good value. Great range of dishes and all very well cooked. The interior of the restaurant is a great space and full marks for the attractive design and fittings of the main room. Staff wise Very impressive. Special thanks to Ruben and Altea and also to the Italian waiter whose name I have forgotten. Grazie Mille.
