not order from here. uncooked pizza. I'm not sure how they did this, but yes. kebab tasted like poorpits. was bad.

for dishes that were stone cold and that were floating in oil. I have a very rare take away since it is something I cannot justify - I am so disappointed by the food and would recommend do not order from here

The dining experience was awful. I can't believe a restaurant like that is still allowed to operate with such poor food hygiene standards. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating there even once, as they will likely have to deal with spam calls forever. Speisekarte ansehen

The menu was really promising.... that’s as good as it gets. We ordered two burgers , curly fries. Garlic bread and onion rings. All were the cheapest of the cheapest and everything turned up cold. I spent minutes on the phone to just eat...customer services just to get a partial refund. Never again!!!!!

ordered by simply eating website for my dinner during a night shift. restaurant has canceled my order without telling me. when I called to find out where my order was, the person at the end of the phone was very uninterested to give a statement. it has tried to find out that the restaurant has been canceled and has not even been provided with an apology. service is disgusting and would never order from here again. not surprised that it was staring.

we ordered a pizza, drink and cheesecake. The drink never came and the cheesecake was wrong type . Rang up the restaurant to see what could be done. Miserable sounding girl couldn’t get off the phone fast enough and told us to contact Deliveroo, which...we did and they kindly refunded us the amount even though it was not deliveroo at fault! Will never order from here again and not to mention the pizza is so cheap that kind of type you get from kebab shops... awful ! Speisekarte ansehen

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. After waiting for hours for a delivery, the pizza arrived with the garlic sauce spilled all over it. When I called to complain, I was given a dismissive response. I was promised a refund, but it has not been received even a week later. When I followed up, I was given false information. Additionally, my negative review on Facebook was deleted and I was blocked. It seems they do not handle complaints well, especially when it comes to their food and staff.

Ordered online, hrs in advance for an delivery of thin crust pizzas with cheesy garlic bread. Arrived minutes late with no apology, pizza was deep pan and very greasy along with what I assume they classed as cheesy garlic bread... this...was a clump of greasy cheese splat with some possibly bread mixed in. Called to complain to be told I could either have a replacement meal sent (it's not with a young family) or a credit... pretty confident a credit won't be necessary!! This has to be the worst takeaway I have ever experienced.

We had one incorrect delivery and the rest of the order was received the following day, resulting in only half of the family being able to eat the night we ordered. We decided to give it another try, but only half of the order was delivered again. We were told that the rest of the order would be sent, but it never arrived. After making a complaint, we were given a credit note, but when we tried to place a direct order over the phone, it never arrived. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Phone calls were directed to Southend, where they seemed unaware of what was happening in Basildon and were also rude and unhelpful. Speisekarte ansehen
