Bad bad bad very bad !!!!! I am very sad and unhappy! Service is really bad. To experience for this ....

Went with our business partners and all of us were very disapointed. Not worth the money... I was expecting much more! the Staff really is not competent.

the restaurant is very good, wonderfully decorated and well decorated, wonderful music, but the sound is a little loud, especially I enjoyed it very well, the food is very good, I was in many restaurants with this type of food in the USA, food is simply wonderful

A lovely evening out for dinner that did not involve pizza or pasta. Coming from San Francisco where good sushi is abundant, I was happy and impressed with Fusion. We sat at the bar for drinks (yummmmy and so creative) and dinner as well. We were treated to cocktails especially mixed for us, based on what alcohol we preferred. Fabulous experience. I'll be back. Un locale di classe ma allo stesso tempo molto friendly: il personale, tutti giovani, è preparato, cortese ed efficiente. Il cibo è buono e la cura dei piatti molto ricercata. La lode va però alla varietà e qualità dei cocktails che solo per il modo in cui vengono presentati merita un plauso. I prezzi sono in linea con l'ambiente; non ci dimentichiamo che ci si trova nel cuore di Firenze. Buona bevuta.

Upon arrival, they seem confused about whether we had a reservation and when they realized that we were open table reservations to hotel guests, we were separated from the main dining room, like all other non-hotel guests. The food we served was excellent. There was a preset menu for New Year's Eve and three courses were skipped over/missed. We finally gave up and went shortly before the New Year, so we outside and enjoy the local fireworks and parties.

This place claims to have vegetarian options but the waiter seemed to struggle when he found out that I was vegetarian and allergic to avocados since everything veg. had avocados or was deep fried . The service was great except that he didn’t write the order and messed it up, and also pushed us to grossly over order, leaving at least 4 slightly touched dishes on the table at the end. And this hurt considering the place is pricey! The veg ceviche was very tasty as was the tempura burger ? and the tempura itself. The rice, yucca fries and seaweed salad were awful! The cocktails were fab and the place has a very cool vibe. I would go back for drinks but not eat anything! Speisekarte ansehen
