The Golden Grove - Speisekarte

Such a lovely place. Came here for a quick lunch, despite having a big party outdoors all staff were really caring about us. Food arrived quickly and was delicious!

Oh my goodness, my chocolate delice dessert was amazing. As was the fish and chips. It was lovely sitting outside. Staff were very busy with the functions going on, but were very welcoming. I'd like to go again.

Today 1730 went for a family meal including young grandchildren and older puppy dog. Had a table in the beautiful garden, the playground for the children included. The whole experience was very good of excellent service to beautiful foods, very good.

This is a beautiful pub. We often go here at a weekend with the family and the kids love it. The food is perfect and so tasty. We recently had a party here and they were fantastic. Completely stress free, food was amazing and the staff were all very professional. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Fantastic experience. Wonderful cocktails. Sa in the sun and ate a golden Grove Burger... just raised. Try the house made 'Captain's apple spiced splash ' for a whole new mouth experience! It's like a cool Christmas in a glass. Very recommended. Ps love the fact that your music sounds good and is loud enough to shoulder the plush.

To say that this cheese soufflé is life changing does not do it justice. This is hands down one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. It was so good that I couldn’t help my lunch mate finish his bacon brussels sprouts and I am crazy about all things both bacon and brussels. Charming and cozy with a lovely staff, this place is one of my new local faves.

Amazing food and service, as always the staff was impeccable and so friendly. A few weeks ago we had Sunday dinners, which was beautiful, from the starters of the shrimp to the roast beef, it was nice. Dinner this evening the mouth was watery delicious. I went to this pub on a sunny Saturday afternoon and I can honestly say I don't think I've ever been treated so well in a pub! The staff are just lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It was a very hot afternoon and they bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and had plenty of shade. I had the Chicken Caesar Salad it was enormous and would have fed at least 3 people, so another time I think I'd go for the starter size. But it was really fresh and tasty. Great atmosphere people of all ages (and lots of lovely dogs! and loads of space for kids to run around. I'll definitely be back.

Why 5* simply because they consistently meet the brand well. It could not be amazing, but what you get it is immaculate. It's been so long since last time I served a burger with fresh meat. It only deserves 5*. How difficult could it be to serve fresh food you would ask? Apparently extremely difficult according to the number of premises offers proudly processed foods. As long as they serve fresh meatburgers, it is a winner. I went twice to double check, because the first time after their recent reopening and twice it was so good I recommended to get those with Bacon. It has an edge over the plane. The list is long, but I hope to hear from someone else how the rest of the shopping cart is. Yo...
