Had breakfast here whilst staying at a nearby hotel much cheaper and better quality. Food was lovely and staff very friendly.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced, making it a great option for breakfast or lunch. The quality of the coffee can vary depending on the person making it.

I’ve visited this café before and was disappointed but decided to give it another try more recently. Again, I was disappointed by the lack of atmosphere the café seems to hold. The decor is rather dated and the drinks were average. Overall, it lacks any sort of cosy feel and wasn’t the welcoming cosy café I had hoped for.

The village cafe offer so much, be it breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake. The staff are excellent and friendly, service is first class. Our visits here started as a once a week meeting now our friends meet us here, only today we went to another cafe and they requested we meet next week at the Village Cafe, it’s a place loved by all. We often pop in here for a bite to eat at the weekend. We were in a bit of a rush on Saturday but it was no problem, our order arrived really quickly. My bacon sarnie was excellent, as was my daughters tuna Mayo.... They have great bread here! Chocolate brownie for my daughter got a big thumbs up and I have to say the triple layer victoria sponge was excellent too. Looking forward to the next time we pop in

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a full English breakfast. The restaurant was extremely clean and the service was good. However, I have to admit that the breakfast was only average to poor. The sausages, although said to be locally sourced, did not suit my taste. The biggest problem for me was that the breakfast was served lukewarm with cold tomatoes and a cold egg. It should not be that difficult to serve a hot breakfast!

The service at this restaurant was very poor and the quality of the food was not much better. The bread was of poor quality and the eggs were overpriced. The cook seemed unhappy when our group of 11 people arrived, making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The food was lukewarm and dry, and after waiting an hour for our meals, we were disappointed to find that some of the dishes were just simple sandwiches. I would recommend finding another place to eat in the area and letting this establishment just continue to operate as it is. Speisekarte ansehen
