Amazing place, food was brilliant and the service was exactly what you look for, fast, easy and most importantly interactive. All staff were helpful and everyone around was smiling and enjoying their food and music. The bar was lovely to relax and have a drink while watching the football. Will definitely be coming again for sure!

Good food and service on an early Friday evening. Bit of a mixup with the order they brought the mains before the starters but in the main all was good. Firstly food was unbelievable always great however the service was awful, 2 tables sitting and still waiting an hour for food! When food arrived the FOH set piping hot sauce infront of a 12 month old within a split second the child was scolded with the sauce then FOH was asked for a jug of water to warm a baby's bottle however they just put BOILING water in to the bottle containing breast milk therefor making the bottle non usable. very disappointed with the ill trained staff more training is necessary when hiring 16-18 year olds! Reception and service need a lot of attention. Waiting time l o n gggg! Having been told service started at 4.30pm, when we arrived for our table, we were told service started at 5pm! Staff informed us we would have to wait while they served a large group, who I would have thought would have booked, and therefore buffet food should have been prepared. It made us feel that we were less important than the group! While we waited for our order to be taken, 2 other tables got their food, even though the diners arrived after us. Very poor.

We went today on a sunday, place wasn’t that busy and we had been seated immediately as we entered. However we sat for 20 minutes with menus and no one came near us to even take a drink order. The man that seated us told us he’d give us a minute to look and he’d be back however he didnt. A family came 10 minutes after us and we’re seated and order taken before we even got looked at. The waitress passed us approximately 8 times whilst dealing with this family however we sat and sat and eventually we had to get up and leave as it was a disgrace we waited too long for as much as a drink. We very much would have liked to have ate here but couldnt have waited much longer.

We had the BEST night here during the week. Photos online don 't do this place justice. Walked in the door and the warmth of the fire greets you. We were lucky to get a booth and it was amazing. The service from Cara was outstanding, the food was out of this world and value was beyond compare. My friends and I are really picky but absolutely loved the Happy Landing and I 'm sure we will be landing in a few times more. We highly recommend the curry and the chicken escalope with bacon and cheese. Mash potato and garlics are amazing sides also. Great selection of wine, we loved the piano and the sauvignon NZ.
