Had sandwiches. Lovely bread, gorgeous chips and the homemade coleslaw was wonderful. Very good menu. Lovely staff.

If you like to leave a place really full up then you'll like it here! Lovely to sit outside near the river on a nice day. Delicious food, really good prices and friendly staff.

I visited this restaurant around 18 months ago and promised myself I wouldn’t return because the tables were sticky and the food was just average. However, I decided to give it another chance, hoping it would be better this time, and I was pleased to find that the steaks were indeed quite good.

This place is definitely worth a visit! The staff is friendly, the dining experience is pleasant, and the lodges are wonderful. Its idyllic location by the river offers a variety of activities, including golf, kayaking, cycling, fishing, and quiz nights, among others. I highly recommend spending a weekend retreat here!

This is a wonderful pub that is very friendly and family-oriented. Although we haven't visited yet, the employees have welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The food is consistently excellent, with a fantastic selection of carvery options. They even offer free carvery meals for children on Mondays, which is a great perk. Highly recommended!
