I visited the restaurant with my daughter, and we enjoyed a drink and dessert while listening to live music. The dessert was absolutely delicious, the music was beautiful, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

Update (April 2022): It was still quiet for a Sunday afternoon, but the service was unfortunately slow. The mega mixed grill I ordered came with only one egg instead of two, and there were no mushrooms at all. I have to take away a star from my previous review due to this experience.

The Landlord, landlady and team are always welcoming and friendly, which I believe makes the pub atmosphere friendly too. The pub is always clean, and the foods good. The most important aspect of a pub is the warm welcome, and we always feel right at home thanks to the exceptional landlord and his high-quality staff. The food is perfectly prepared and served promptly. In our opinion, the food and drink here are of much better quality than the nearby Wetherspoon and offer better value. The Monday quiz is excellent and, with Steve's hosting, incredibly entertaining.

The experience was quite disappointing. The customer service was lacking; we weren't greeted upon arrival and no one checked on us to see if our food was satisfactory. Plates were removed from our table without anyone asking if we were finished. The mayo provided at our table was empty, and when we requested a new one, it was also empty. The portion sizes and food quality were subpar compared to other Sizzlers I've visited. As for parking, it was shared with a supermarket. Overall, the service was strictly dine-in. Speisekarte ansehen
