Excellent atmosphere, Great staff and lovely food. Quick service and great experience all round and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Have visited this establishment on several Sundays for their normally excellent carvery, but today it was poor. Service at the bar very slow insisting on payment before the order was served. My 2nd pint of Guinness was presented in a IPA glass and the beef was too tough. More staff needed. Speisekarte ansehen

This was my first time and I was very impressed. I’m vegan which was no issue at all. I went with a friend, who’d been many times before. Staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Food is excellent, very reasonably priced and very good helpings. We went on a Saturday night, so the place was packed. I would advise to book on the busier nights. I will definitely come back! Excellent service and carvery food. We often visit Sycamore Farm at Burnley owned by the same company (Farmhouse Inns) as it's more local to us. I have to say Heathfield is far superior for various reasons, mainly because the carvery was fully stocked with meats and all veg. I'm afraid every time we go to Sycamore Farm some veg and even meat are missing... they'll be ready in 9 minutes we were told last time !! So well done everyone. We will be back.

Ok I go to this Place a Fair Bit for a Carvery which is generally not bad, except one time before xmas the Turkey was dry, but the meats are normally OK. The main issue are the Roast Potatoes which are probably the worst you will ever have, overcooked and Tasteless, rest of the veg is normally OK with a good selection. So overall not a bad Carvery, The sweets are frankly mostly quantity over quality and best avoided. The Breakfast Buffet is frankly dire especially when its not busy, I needed a chisel for Hash Browns and Toast, strange tasting Beans and Bacon and refillable lukewarm Coffee, about the only good thing were the Sausages. Well Iv never been a lover of these chains however it was someone’s birthday and they wanted to dine here ! The kiddy pics on the wall are awful makes the place look like a nursery The toilets have a big hole next to the lock that little kids like to look through The play area is grim , scruffy and dirty The carvery is nice , can’t fault it , the meat was lush and the yorkies are nice The clientele are horrendous, the family next to us let the kids run wild and left the tables like some sort of animal farm There was a bloke screaming at his kids in a manor that screams DV I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that wants a quiet meal , it’s definitely a rough and ready place for unruly ki...

Absolutely disgusted with this place the service you get is terrible so booked a table for 16 and asked if we could be seated all together arrived to find tables separated and each of us sorted back to back so had to turn round or move to chat with family not what we asked for . Next issue when ordering the food together we asked if we could have starter etc all to be brought as a group so we could all eat and finish more or less together , no some was brought mains before starters then sent back to await starters complained about the lack of interest from staff with regards to complaint then waiting a further hour longer for 3 of the family still waiting on food whilst everyone else had fin...

Came for a birthday meal. How I wish we hadn't of bothered. Yes it was busy and a Saturday night and they were apparently short staffed, but, we waited over 30 minutes for drinks and then had to go to the bar to find them waiting for us on a tray. About 10 minutes later our food came out. We had all ordered off the menu rather than the carvery. One member of the party had an all day breakfast which you can't go wrong with, one member had chips and chicken strips and two other party members had burgers, one being the vegetarian/vegan burger.
