The Honeypot Cafe - Speisekarte

This cafe is always fantastic with great service and delicious food but at the moment it is even more magical with a Harry Potter themed twist.

Really nice breakfast. The bacon is nice, thick and tasty. Sausages have a great flavour too. Black pudding, mushroom, etc. all well cooked and flavoursome.

Amazing cafe, many if not all ingredients locally sourced and the big breakfast tasted great. Lovely service from the owner too who really makes you feel welcome. Can't wait to come back for lunch, the menu looked very original

6 of us plus 3 babies stopped in this morning for breakfast. Michael was super welcoming and we were sat immediately. Breakfasts were delicious (especially excellent sausages) and I got a chocolate brownie to take away (apparently handmade by Michael's mum) which was equally tasty. Will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.

Not as good as last time we went. Too many sweet cakes not enough savoury. Last time we each had a sausage roll. Scones were dry. Not enough cream and jam for 8 scones too. No one came to ask if we needed anything else or ask how it was. I would have asked for more cream and jam for the 2/3 scones that we had run out of cream for. Rather disappointed to be honest as much better last time.

My favourite local cafe. Michael and his team are very welcoming. Good service, great food, all cooked fresh, all local produce. I love their breakfasts, lunches, cakes, and teas. Favourites are hot chocolate, bacon sandwich, crumpets , lemon curd, coffee cake, and sausage sandwich. Their afternoon teas are amazing! So much choice, delicious scones, fab sandwiches, and fancies. I highly recommend Honeypot Cafe!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea at The Honeypot cafe with three friends. I can't speak highly enough of this place - the food was delicious and made from locally sourced ingredients. The cornbread was especially amazing. The cakes and scones, all homemade by the owner, were absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return for breakfast. Thank you, Honeypot, for a lovely afternoon.

Lovely cafe with incredibly friendly staff. We're so glad we booked a table because it was packed throughout our stay, with people having to wait outside for the next free table (sign of a good cafe). The smashed avocado on toast with poached eggs was delicious. I'd also recommend the Oreo milkshake which was massive too! We didn't have room for desert, so we had our brownie and shortbread to take away. They were great as well. Next time we're in the area we'll be going back...

I absolutely adore the Honeypot Cafe. I recently went there for lunch with a friend after not visiting for three weeks. The food we received was beautifully presented, fresh, and piping hot. The service was fantastic, just as I expected. Michael always greets us warmly. The food is consistently delicious with a good variety to choose from. I can't wait to book afternoon tea again soon, as the last four times have been exceptional. Be prepared to have a big appetite as the portions are generous.
