Different food to the usual BD, Quality atmoshpher and great service. Plus the building is beautifuly bespoke. Get down there for a cask ale!

My daughter bought me a birthday voucher to use here. As I am not a fan of craft beers, I wouldn't normally go to a place like this, however need to praise the food which was excellent and very tasty. The young lady who served us was very helpful and polite.

beautiful, cozy and homely nothing better to see religious building converted into something more useful, a pub, restaurant. the hop anchor has a good selection of drinks from craft beers and whiskys. the personal is friendly and responsive with a good arrangement of seating on 2 levels. great interior design and cozy factor 10. recommend fully recommended if they are in a quiet, not to miss and close the center and train station. Absolutely amazing atmosphere, very cool modern/ eclectic design inside which is finished off by the being situated in a old church/ chapel. Upstairs area is very nice and quite enough to sit, talk and chill out while playing table top and board games. Has a brilliant range of craft beers and ciders, spirits and stocks Brewdog. Staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming. Can't recommend this establishment enough, if you haven't all ready been in, try it and you will love it.

as wee place! the hotel is located in the commercial district of aberdeen best parking on union square or ncp parking. food is quality and cheap. good choice of beer from Czech warehouse to sour creamer. the menu is a copy of the design of the london house. nothing is wrong with it, but would be nice to see more local dishes. as it is deen is perhaps getting rid of cake and maic for mint and tatties. service was very friendly staff that seemed to really enjoy their job. 10 out of 10.

Craft beer and food at a reasonable price in a beautiful building. There are sports on a big screen and Sunday specials for food. This is a really pleasant, relaxing and friendly place amongst mostly downmarket bars round here. A good place to take friends. The taps change pretty regularly and staff give great advice and info on what's available. Craft beer without being intimidating. Sadly, the cask Beer is poorly kept. It's completely flat and tasteless. Could do with a sparkler and a bit more care. Very expensive for such a poor product. Speisekarte ansehen
