"After spending nearly an hour trying to find somewhere serving food before 6pm, we found this place. Absolutely lovely meal at The Three Pilchards this afternoon. Cider battered fish and chips were cooked beautifully and the eggs were possibly some of the best duck eggs I've ever had! Service was friendly and prompt with a nice atmosphere Will definitely return and would recommend 100"

"The Plantation. On our way through the very picturesque village of Polperro we kept an eye open for lunch, there were a few places but only one option that shone out and made the choice very easy. A beautiful hot day so I can only comment on the garden but it was gorgeous. Plenty of shade and the tables well set out along the wall with the stream running alongside. Our servers were all friendly and top marks to the lady who came out to apologise for the delay in the milkshake we ordered (not as fluffy as they wanted but still tasted great Sad to hear the lasagne was sold out (it's probably great we ordered as per the photos a BLT, kids jacket potato and soup of the day which was Dhall with a cheese scone, all very tasty and fresh. A personal highlight for me was seeing Sharps Offshore on the menu! If you visit Polperro go here for lunch (and if you like fudge visit the shop just up the road! you won't be disappointed with either!!!"

"We were greeted with friendly smiles as soon as we arrived. Ordered some drinks and were seated straightaway. We didn’t want a full blown meal so ordered Pork baps with apple sauce and stuffing, and shared a bowl of roast potatoes, we had a small...pot of gravy each. It was certainly value for money and absolutely delicious. I meant to ask for the gravy recipe, but forgot. It was luvvverly. The Staff and locals in there were a great bunch of people and there was a lovely festive atmosphere. We will definitely go there again in the future. Thank you all."

"Where to start, we walked passed this place and the sign said fully booked. We popped in on the off chance of a cancellation and much to our luck we go a booking, therefore if you do want to eat here defo book a week in advance! The lovely lady was very helpful with recommendations and if you love lobster this is the place to go locally. We got the biggest one available to share between too which was just under 3lbs and was the perfect amount. The scallops to start were lush and a nice Chablis to go with it all. The decor is reto but we absolutely loved it what a fantastic place with lovely services, what a lucky treat so again make sure you book to taste the local wonders of the sea."

"Visited the Harbour Green House for the first time whilst on holiday this week, the food was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They also do a cracking pint of Korev! I had surf and turf and my wife had scampi both meals were excellent quality and hot. The food was so good that we visited again the next day. Polperro has a variety of eating establishments, but it's reassuring to find a comfortable and friendly venue for a relaxing beer and decent food. The chips are also hand cut and are well yummy! We are visiting Cornwall again with our daughter in two weeks and will definitely be visiting the Harbour Green House again to sample the food and friendly service"
