Never cheap but always a pleasure. Good food, good wine. Attentive service. Never rushed. Lovely.

Go there every year when at steam fair , food ok but not up to previous standards slightly dissapointed

Celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary with a lovely meal. Quite busy for a weekday evening and quite noisy with a couple of large, loud groups. Food excellent and plenty of choice.

have been here a few times before and seem to come here again and again for special occasions. an interesting menu with something for everyone. everything is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. excellent staff that is very friendly and is nothing too much annoying for them. a thing I like personally, the seat in the dining room is very comfortable. this is important when they are disabled like me. they will definitely go back. Have been here a few times before, and always seem to come back here for special occasion meals. An interesting menu with something for everyone. Everything is cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Excellent staff who are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. One thing I personally like is the seating in the dining room is very comfortable. This is important when you are disabled as I am. Shall definitely be visiting again.

I am disabled and I find a lot of restaurant seating is very unpleasant, but the seats here are comfortable, making for a better culinary experience. eating is always nice with very interesting menu choices; it is hard to choose what you sometimes have! I especially liked the cavolo nero starter and my man recommends very the brioche brot and butter pudding. always excellent every time

Love eating here. There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. I am disabled and I find a lot of restaurant seating is very uncomfortable however the seating here is comfortable which makes for a better dining experience. The food is always lovely with very interesting menu choices ; it’s hard to chose what to have sometimes !
