"Am sorry , but the worst meal have ever had . Started out well. Came to take our drinks order then we ordered food. Two of us ordered chicken dishes . They came mine was basically half a roast chicken , but cutting into it , was more bones than meat really dry but then some bits were raw. Sent mine back replaced with the meatballs. They came after some time then cut into them they were cold . I just sent back again. Manager came over and was very nice , offered me a free drink , but I just felt ill at this stage . Daughters dish was awful too. Really chewy awful chicken. Then just got the bill , but charged us for one dish drinks . Came to Then tried to charge us service charge ! They took it off . Never again , sorry. Just somewhere to go for drinks after work. Avoid"

Was a bit busy on a Friday night, with the bar area so busy that it was difficult to talk. The waiters were lovely and they kept us informed with the food service

Very pleasant food and drink. Staff are very helpful. The ambience is challenged with so much of the dining area given over to private drink areas which makes for noise

Kitty Hawk is lovely; slight complaint that tables near the door can be a bit draughty when people come and go, but this may be a bit harsh. Staff are attentive but not intrusive. I shall continue to use it regularly

Food and environment good. Spoilt by the fact I was charged twice for my bill and have been unable to get through to you on your number to be reimbursed. I have emailed but no response. Can someone please get back to me on this. Thanks

Arrived for dinner with my wife to be offered a choice of two tables. right behind the check in desk both with reserved signs, but also beers and coats and bags on the tables. to be told there was an event for people happening. I would really appreciate being contacted by the manager I still feel scandalised. Can’t recommend highly enough Brasserie Blanc where we had a superb meal

I completely messsed up the booking I got the time wrong, and accidentally booked for people when in fact, showed up. Even though they were completely booked, and I only gave them mins notice, they were incredibly helpful, finding exta space to squeeze us into and letting me off my general inefficiency. The Maitre'd David? was very hepful and charming, and the service was delightful. Everyone was very happy with their food, and the cost was very reasonable. We all left saying that we would happily go there again
