"Beer choice is getting better and it looks nice inside. Prices also very good. Need a couple more beer choices I would say. Slightly ruined by a group of guys shouting and swearing at the football on TV, even when there were young kids around and they weren't told to drop the swearing. However, I guess there's not much the staff can do about that and it's not their fault, plus I did decide to go in there when a match was on so can't complain too much. Also there might be a lack of seating as there's now a darts room where tables used to be. If somebody is in there playing, there's not much room to sit. Overall, decent pub."

Since my last review, the Merry Fellow has changed ownership at least twice and has undergone two renovations.

Recently moved to Charlton Kings and discovered the Merry. Great food, excellent carvery and great atmosphere with a cool darts area.
