Not been here for a few years. Such a pleasant surprise with the quality of the food and the staff. The chips are the best I've had in the area genuine home made . Will be back

After years I brought my sister back to see how The Middle Bell has changed. Delicious food never used to feature in our school days but now…WOW! Handmade fish cakes, hand cut chips and an awesome garlicky sauce then brûlée rice pudding. Definitely a...change for the better!!

I went to The Bell for a casual lunch. We ordered the lamb koftas and Korean chicken lollipops. Both dishes were delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend trying them. The service was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant lunch experience. I will definitely be returning soon.

This pub used to be a good spot in the village, but it has gone downhill. I went on a Friday night for dinner and it was too noisy to have a conversation without shouting. The service was very slow and the food was mediocre. The chips were soggy and the onion rings were overcooked. Overall, it was not worth the money. Speisekarte ansehen

positiw: portion size, taste, setting and ambiente, service. prawn, tomato and spinat risotto was very delicious. negatiw: can be loud, chips were very well cooked almost too much. reispudding crème Brûlée was simply reispudding without the crème brûlée. overall, cheap with...a beautiful ambiente. probably would like to experience other pubs.

Located near Wychnor Park, this pub comes highly recommended and is easy to find in the village center, just a minute's drive away. It is conveniently situated across the road from Co-Op, making it easy to pick up any self-catering supplies. The parking is simple and there is very friendly and attentive service during both of our visits. The locals are also friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the pub. The menu is varied and offers plentiful portions that are well-prepared. The pizza was delicious and made for a great snack when reheated the next day. The double-baked French fries were worth the extra calories.

Came with friends and had a nice meal, everyone enjoyed their food, just a shame that the service wasn’t great when we visited. It was particularly busy due to a large group in the bar area, but tables around us also seemed to miss receiving...service, and at times we had to go up to the bar to get our food ordered, drinks and pay our bill. When staff were around though, they were helpful and polite. I had true Katsu curries butternut squash. It can be hard to find nice vegetarian dishes but I thoroughly enjoyed it, as did my carnivorous friends when they tried it. Their pizza was also nice by all accounts.
