"Such a great find this place, set back off a main road in an idyllic spot in the countryside, it has a real homely rustic feel. The coffee is really good and far better than Starbucks and Costa for me and definitely cheaper . Besides the coffee we sampled the fresh soup and crusty bread which were delicious. Next time I’m going to try their home baked scones which look yummy. Everything looks fresh! I got real food envy as the person sat on the table opposite had an amazing hot chocolate which was a creation in itself! Would definitely recommend a visit, even just for a relaxing coffee!"

Lovely little tea room with an equestrian theme. Friendly staff who will bring your order out to you. Great place to meet up for a chat.

Use the tea rooms regularly as a stop off with a cycling group. Very good service with nice coffees and pastries. Quite suprised when i learned my usual items had increased in cost by 13% within a week. A rather steep increase. Speisekarte ansehen

Lovely gem of a tearoom. Cosy indoors and plenty outdoor seating in the sunshine. Coffee cake and Lemon cake were delicious and pouring cream a nice touch, and an extra pot of water with our pot of tea was great too. 1st visit but won't be our last

Had a ride through on the Gravel Bike. The Toasted T'Cake is Bute but order a coffee and you get 2 x shots which made the latte quite strong so a lesson learnt, have 1 x shot of Coffee next time. Staff were very good and had time to actually talk to you ‍.

Been today for Afternoon Tea with my friend. Hands down the best I have ever had. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The presentation and attention to detail is amazing. This place is an absolute gem and we will definitely return very soon! Speisekarte ansehen

First visit for me and definitely won't be the last. Went for a late light lunch with a friend, who lives locally. We chose Butternut Squash soup and a Brie Cranberry Panini and tea for two. All delicious. Friendly service, tastefully, comfortably decorated and trimmed up ready for Christmas. We definitely recommend.

I’m originally from Glasgow, and was visiting my Auntie in Doncaster. She told me about this Tea Room and we agreed we should go! ... well I wish we had somewhere like this back home! What an amazing tack shop with the best little Tea Room. The food is freshly prepared and really tasty, and the coffee is out of this world and at just £2 each, it hardly breaks the bank! Loved every minute and when I’m back down south I will be coming in! I made a tripadvisor account just so I could post a review about it.

"The welcome we received was pleasant, although not very personal, and our details were not checked, which was surprising considering how difficult it was to secure a reservation. The restaurant is not licensed, so guests are welcome to bring their own drinks. My husband and I brought two bottles of champagne, but we were not offered an ice bucket and were given standard wine glasses instead of flutes. The food was served promptly, starting with an amuse bouche of butternut squash veloute with a creamy accompaniment served in egg boxes. The chef explained the dish himself, and it was delicious. The second course, an aged rice dish reminiscent of a soupy risotto flavored with parmesan and espresso, was my least favorite. I found it poorly presented and the coffee flavor didn't come through well. The third course, a beautifully cooked lamb cutlet finished on a barbecue outside, was accompanied by flavorful lentils. However, the broccoli that came with it was plain and could have used some additional flavor. The dish was not explained to us. The fourth dish, which I initially thought was eel, turned out to be smoked eel and was served with beetroot. This was one of my favorite dishes of the night. We were served two desserts: a warm chocolate foam with orange sorbet and a deconstructed rhubarb custard with pink meringue pieces, both of which were delicious. The bill was not presented to us, so we followed the lead of other guests who left cash on the table as they left. My husband had a nice chat with the chef, and I joined in after a visit to the restroom. The chef was very knowledgeable and skilled with flavors. Overall, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of personality in presenting and explaining each dish. The experience felt somewhat impersonal and lacked interest. I believe guest interaction is crucial, so my tip would be for the restaurant to take the time to engage with guests, even if it means spending less time in the kitchen. I did not give a perfect score due to the presentation and slightly underwhelming flavors in some dishes. I believe that in fine dining, every element of the dish should be bursting with flavor. Despite this, we had an enjoyable evening and would return if we are able to secure a reservation."
