Great find today fantastic cup of tea with great customer service. Found this by accident because we got lost on a motor cycle ride but we will definitely try to find it again.

What a gem of a place! Wonderful afternoon tea. Food was delicious snd very friendly service. I just loved it. Sandwiches with crusts off, quiche, pie, picnic eggs, scones with clotted cream snd jam, cake treacle tart, Eton mess, eclairs. Couldn’t fault it! Speisekarte ansehen

I visited Iron Horse today and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and ambiance of the restaurant. The Afternoon Tea I had was absolutely fantastic, definitely the best I've had. I highly recommend a visit to Iron Horse and will definitely be returning.

We have passed this numerous times when out cycling. Today we called in ‘oh my what a find’. We sat outside only had a cake but my goodness they were scrummy. Very well set up for Covid 19. Tables and chairs in the garden disinfected throughly when people left. We will definitely be calling again.

We visited today after seeing their delicious menu on Instagram. Was well worth the journey and we ABSOLUTELY loved the food. We all had a delicious bubble waffle each. Highly highly highly recommend, I’ll be back to try the other flavours 10000% (Oh and the milkshakes). Staff were all very friendly and the cafe was comfortable and cosy. Thanks! Speisekarte ansehen

We booked a table not realising that the tearoom was upstairs, my nana cannot manage stairs so this was a problem. The staff though were amazing, they brought table and chairs down into the shop for us all and served us all there. Nothing was too much for them and we really appreciated it, felt very welcome. They told us that if we informed them before our next visit that they'd have it all set up waiting for us. There's not many places that would do that. The food was lovely too and very reasonably priced. We were all very impressed.

I have visited this restaurant before and wrote a review previously, so if you want to see what I said before, feel free to scroll down. This time was just as good as last time, which speaks volumes about the consistency of this place. If you go somewhere and the experience is not as good as you remembered, then it's a disappointment. However, The Old Hayloft exceeded expectations once again. The new mint aero milkshake was a hit with my husband! We enjoyed two amazing shakes, two delicious paninis, all in a lovely setting with attentive staff, all for just £16. You really can't ask for more than that.

Every time I visit Iron Horse, I receive a warm welcome. They serve delicious drinks and food, although the prices are slightly high (£4.50 for a panini seems a bit much) and the cakes tend to be dry. There is a part-time staff member, possibly named Julie, who is always friendly and goes above and beyond. However, there is another woman who works there who is extremely rude. She has short black hair and wears glasses. One busy weekend, my family and I were enjoying drinks and coffee when we split the bill unevenly. There was confusion over who had paid, and the woman rudely and publicly demanded payment, assuming we were trying to avoid paying. This behavior has occurred before, even when I...
